- To protect your online purchase, you will be required to present your passport (or photo ID) at the point of ticket redemption. Please ensure that under "Passenger Details" section, your name and passport number (or photo ID number) are entered accurately.
- If you are not part of the travelling party, then under the "Passenger Details" section, please enter the name and passport number (or photo ID number) of the lead travelling party instead.
- Only tickets purchased from our ticketing counter, official website and authorised travel agents will be honoured. Singapore DUCKtours reserves the right to refuse entry to guests with fraudulent or unauthorized tickets.
